2s & 3s Play Group Single Class $25 • 1 visit •

This 1 hour and 30 minute Playgroup allows children to socialize, begin to gain independence and prepare for preschool. The class includes guided open play, story time, arts & crafts and a group snack. This is a gentle separation group class which, as an option, allows parents or caregivers to leave once the child is comfortable in his/her environment. Classes are limited to 12 children. Ages: 2s/Early 3s


Individual Infant CPR & Choking Training $75 • 1 visit •

This 2 hour class led by an American Red Cross Certified Instructor will cover the basics of Infant, Child and Adult CPR & Choking Procedures to expectant parents and caregivers. Each participant will have an opportunity to practice on their own infant and adult mannequin. Additional Certification is optional.

Couple Infant CPR & Choking Training $125 • 1 visit •

Understanding Toddler Emotions $35 • 1 visit • Understanding Toddler Emotions
As parents of toddlers well know, a toddler’s emotional life is vivid. It is the source of great joy! And it is also often the source of the challenging behaviors we associate with this stage of life. Learn about what drives a toddler’s feelings from a developmental perspective. What is behind the tantrums? The indecision? The testing? And how do we support toddlers as they learn to understand and express their emotions? Let’s embrace the intensity of these years and find our own voices as guides for our children.

Topics will include:
-understanding the toddler mind
-tantrums: why they happen and what to do
-indecision
-testing: holding limits and boundaries with respect
-sharing (and not sharing)
-how to acknowledge feelings

Mindful Potty Training Workshop $35 • 1 visit • Like all milestones, learning to use the potty is a unique and individual process for each child. Learn about the ins and outs of potty training from a developmental perspective. How do we give a child ownership over the process? What do we teach them and how? When do we let go and trust? Bring your questions, stories and sense of humor. No sticker charts or gummy bears needed.

Topics will include:
-readiness: what is it?
-the importance of language
-giving choices, setting boundaries
-managing our expectations
-managing big feelings (ours and theirs)

Baby Massage and Yoga: A workshop for parents, caregivers, and their babies $35 • 1 visit • Touch is baby’s first language. Join other parents and caregivers in learning practical skills and techniques to nurture your baby’s body and mind from the earliest days. Discover the benefits of massage and mindful movement for baby and how to use it to create routine, encourage self-regulation, soothe your baby, and support their development. Practice specific techniques to address common experiences including colic, digestive issues, teething, and more. Come play, learn and bond with your baby in a supportive community. Newborn to pre-crawlers welcome. Class is limited to 12!

Infant Developmental Playgroup: Wee Ones - 8 Week Series $160 • 8 visits • For babies 8 weeks - almost crawling at the start of the session

Play and learn with your baby! This class is designed to support babies and their caregivers as they navigate the first year of life and all it’s transitions. Babies learn by interacting with their environment, peers and caregivers. As the babies explore the room and toys, we will observe, play and talk. The group is facilitated by an early childhood specialist who will guide the conversation and offer ideas for how to support each child’s unique path.

Infant Developmental Playgroup: Babies on the go $160 • 8 visits • For babies crawling - almost walking at the start of the session
Tuesdays, 11-11:45

This class is designed to support mobile babies as they learn by interacting with their environment, peers and caregivers. With the room set up to encourage movement, we will observe and support the babies as they explore and play. This class is run like a playgroup: each child is free to pursue their interests, and the group comes together to open and close. The group is facilitated by an early childhood specialist who will guide the conversation and offer ideas for how to support each child’s unique path.
